Note his headstone spelled his name Micheal Barnett. Michael/Micheal Barnett, Jr. is the paternal grandson of Humphrey Barnett (1725-1791) and Eliza Barnett (abt 1730-1790). Humphrey Barnett aka Humphrey Barnet's Will was dated December 1790 and was precceeded in death by his wife Eliza. In Humphrey Barnet's Will, he named all 7 of his children, which was later probated May 17, 1791 in Camden, Kershaw District, South, Carolina. Their children were Robert Barnet(1754-1827) m. Sarah Love; Micheal Barnet[Sr] (1755-1818); John Barnet(1758-); Sarah Barnet (1860-); Mary Barnet(1862-); Diana Barnet(1764-1843) m. Zachariah Hester; and Isobel Barnet(1766-).
