Will of Mary Rader

I Mary Rader do make and publish this my Last Will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.

First, I direct that my funeral expences and all my Debts Doctorbills etc. be paid as soon after my Death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor.

Secondly, I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Rader, my best bed and firtature consisting of bedstid, under bed, feather bed, two pillows and slips, one sheat three blankets, one nedle worked counter pane. and one nine dimented quilt, also one set of red flowerd earthen plates and my two dishes and also one dutch oven, one biscuit baker and lid, and one small pot and my new dark grounded callico dress, for trouble that she has had in taking care of me.

Thirdly, I give and bequeath to my daughter Lucinda Colyer my Blue mareene cloak.

Fourthly, I give and bequeath to my daughters namely Catharine Altom, Elizabeth Rader, Isabella Guthrie, Lucinda Colyer and Emaline Jenkins, the balance of my wearing cloths to be equally distributed among them and if they cannot agree amongs themselves how to divide them they must leave it to some disinterested person to divide them for them.

Fifthly, that all the balance of the property that I may die possessed of to be sold on at twelve months credit and the proseeds thereof to be equally divided amongst all my lawful heirs if there should be any, after defraying my Funeral Expenses and Debts as heretofore named.

Lastly, I do hereby nomindle and appoint William Rader my son in law my Executor and that he shall not be required to enter into bond with security. In witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal this the second day of April one Thousand eight hundred and forty seven.
