Blaine E Richards, 77, passed away on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at his home. Blaine was born January 31, 1933 in Ogden, Utah a son of Edward Mathew and Verda Ann Stevenson. He married Ramona Winters, they were later divorced. Blaine served in the Air Force in the Korean War. He worked at IRS, Hill Air Force Base, Stagg Parkway and Willard City. Blaine enjoyed fishing, hunting, and most of all spending time with his family. Surviving are his children: Dorothy Dee Richards (John), Willard; Mathew Alden (Teresa) Richards, Riverdale; son-in-law, Max Smith, Willard; 21 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Virgil, Gerald, children, Jackie Smith, Michael Richards, one great-grandson, Isiah Rentmeisteir. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at the Willard Cemetery. Friends may call on Monday, March 22, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 205 S. 100 E., Brigham City, UT. Interment will be in the Willard Cemetery with Military Honors Accorded.
