Mrs. Henrietta Goodrich Abbey of Chicago, Aged 67, Succumbs to Pneumonia
Special to The Post-Standard.
Watertown. Sept. 1 - Mrs. Henrietta Goodrich Abbey of Chicago died at 10 o'clock tonight after a week's illness at the home of her sister-in-law Mrs. P. B. Grant, No. 183 Winthrop street, where she had been visiting. Pneumonia caused death.
Mrs. Abbey was 67 years of age. She was the daughter of Major H. Goodrich one of the most prominent residents of Brownville years ago. In 1872 she moved West. A son and daughter in Chicago and one son in Idaho survive.
The body will be sent to Chicago.
