Rites Set in White
For Arthur Clark
MONTICELLO — Final rites
for Arthur Lee Clark, 72, rural
route 2, Monticello, will be at
2 p.m. Saturday at the Miller
funeral home. The Rev. J. A.
Hornick will officiate and burial
will be in Riverview cemetery.
Clark died at 11:35 a.m.
Thursday at White County Me-
mortal hospital after a lengthy
illness.
Born June 17, 1892, in Poca-
hontas, Iowa, he was the son of
Oakley and Sarah Hicks Clark.
His first marriage was to Margaret
Johnson, who died in 1930.
In 1941 he married Mae Sharp,
who survives.
Surviving besides the wife are
four sons, Leroy, of Bowling
Green, Ky., and Everett, Donald
and Harold, all of Logansport;
three daughters, Mrs. Elnora
Grace of Kokomo and Mrs.
Loretta Frick and Mrs. Leona
Sauers, both of Logansport; two
brothers, Guy and Gilbert, both
of Heron Lake, Minn.; a sister
Mrs. Gretchen Crocker of Royal
Center; eight grandchildren and
five great-grandchildren.
