Martha Ann Bayfield was baptised uner the name of Ann Bayfield at All Saints Church, Hempstead, Norfolk. She was the daughter of Joseph Bayfield and Charlotte Lowne.
Martha firstly married Robert Kemp (1829 - 1862) at All Saints Church, Burnham Thorpe, Norfolk. They had two sons:

Robert William Kemp (1854 - 1918)
James Kemp (1857 - 1927)

Martha married for a second time to George Saddler at All Saints Church, Burnham Thorpe on 20 October 1877.

She shares a memorial stone inscription with her daughter in law, Anna Maria Kemp nee Batterby.
