Mr. James Alexander Good, aged 86 years, died Saturday morning, February 8, 1941, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Albert Byers of Yukon, following a two weeks' illness. Funeral service was held Tuesday at the Prosperity A. R. P. Church, of which he was a member, conducted by the Rev. M. T. Ellis and B. G. Pressley. Burial was in the church cemetery. He had been an elder in the Prosperity Church for more than fifty years. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Albert Byers of Yukon, Mrs. M. L. Fowler of Prosperity, Mrs. M. H. Puckett of Memphis; three sons, Walter Good of Moultrie, Georgia, Robert and Chalmers Good of Yukon; several nieces and nephews; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
