November 19, 1946 - March 18, 2013 Marvin Earl "Jim" Gier Jr, 66, of Spokane died Monday March 18th in Spokane. He was born November 19, 1946, in Yakima, Wash. A Tile Setter by trade until he retired 10 years ago, a Vietnam Vetran and proud American. He is survived by his former wife, Barbara; three brothers, Jeffery, Roger and Ronald, four sisters, Evelyn, Patricia, Margaret and Louise, son, Roy and three daughters, Pat, Lisa and Dollie along with 19 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren A graveside memorial service will be held at 3pm Friday April 5th at the Washington State Veterans Cemetary, 21702 W Espanola Rd, Medical Lake, WA 99022. With Celebration of Life at the Airway Height VFW, 1307 S Loffer St, Airway Heights, WA 99001, 4-6pm.
