Frank spent most of his childhood in Oak Creek Colorado. As an adult he worked there in the coal mines until 1946 When he entered the Navy. After a two year stint he went back to Oak Creek to work in the mines until they began shutting down in 1948.
Then in 1950 he moved to Alaska where his sister and nephew's had relocated to. Marie and the children joined him a year later. In Alaska Frank began working for the Matanuska Electric Company as a trouble shooter. Frank worked in Alaska until retirement in 1977.
After retirement he and Marie became world travelers - New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan, China, Africa, Fuji, Australia, and Mexico and many other places.
