Chas. Fulton Dead
Mrs. Mary Fulton received a telegram Nov. 8, 1918, stating that her son, Private Charles Fulton, Co. B, 353 Infantry, 89th division, died of wounds received October 5, 1918, at the age of 23 years, 1 month and 23 days.
He was born at Cuba, Republic County, Kansas, August 12, 1895, and was called for millitary service Sunday, April 28, 1918, went to Camp Funston, stayed there five weeks, then started for France. August 12 he was in the front trench. The last letter received from him was September 16. He was well at that time.
He leaves a father, mother, three brothers and two sisters to mourn his loss.
