Aylmer Express, 9 Jun 1910, p. 1, c. 4
"Miss Nellie Young leaves on Saturday for Calgary, where she will be married the following Wednesday to Fred A. Mann, of Hardisty."

Nellie and husband lived in Indiana for a number of years while Fred worked in the auto business. [check 1920 census for IN]
Their marriage certificate indicates that Fred was living at the village of "Nergdenden" prior to their marriage.

Nellie and Addie would go out in the tugs with George.
Nellie had a pet crow that would steal raisons from Mina's pies that were set out to cool.
Nellie was born in the Franklin house that was across the street from the Mayhews. Dorothy was born upstairs in George's house that now belongs to Ian Johnson.
The Manns are buried at Springwater.

Violet Reid Reavie Poem of Old Port Bruce-
"Nellie Young had the first bicycle at that time
A beautiful red and cost many a dime.
When I saw her coming my eyes opened wide,
As the shimmering beauty, past me would glide.
The girls of her age learned to ride on the ball-room floor
One on each side to prevent going out the door."

Aylmer Express, June 25, 1914 - Port Bruce, "Mrs. F. Mann , of Detroit, is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. G. Young."
