Murilla Granke Allen was born Sept. 6, 1898 to Otto and Amelia (Groth) Granke. She was married to Frank “Babe” Allen and was a housewife by occupation. Survivors were a daughter, Murilla Molzahn; a son Hoxsie; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Ruth Roth. Murilla died on Dec. 16, 1978 in LaCrosse, WI. at the age of 80 years, 3 months and 10 days.
