Richard Frederick Renspie Sr. was the son of Marie Koenig and Frank Renspie Sr. He was born 18 May 1918 in Illinois. He was the husband of Vivian D. Bell Renspie who survived him. They were married for 55 years. He was long time resident of Columbus, Ohio, formerly of Chicago, died 26 August 1994. He was 76 years old.
