Helen was born on June 16, 1922 in Veribest, Texas to John and Irene (Jackson) Moses and finished life's journey on March 28, 2013 in Portales, New Mexico. She married Arland Ray Clinton on April 28, 1943 in Ballenger, Texas. They moved to Abilene in 1945 after Ray was discharged from the Army Air Corps. Helen was a homemaker and a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who loved to sew, cook and loved to work with Ray stringing beads at the jewelry store.
Helen is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Johnny Moses, Raymond Moses, and two sisters Frances Figal Moses and Tincy Moses. She is survived by her husband of 70 years. Arland "Ray" Clinton. Her children, Gary Clinton, Don Clinton and Dana (Clinton) Lancaster, a brother, Coy Moses, seven grandchildren, Andria Phillips, Mark Lancaster, Paul Lancaster, Shayne Clinton, Chris Clinton, Lindsey Faulkenburg and Katie Clinton. Nine great grandchildren also survive her.
