Mrs. Rose Gooch Of Kings Mountain Dies February 6
Mrs. Rose Ella Gooch, Kings Mountain died after a year of illness at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Nannie Hogue February 6 at 3:30pm.
She was a member of the Pleasant Point Baptist Church. Mrs. Gooch had been in ill health for several years, but seriously ill about one year.
Survivors are a son Lloyd Gooch: two daughters, Mrs. Nannie Hogue and Mrs. Gertie Griffin: 39 grandchildren and 75 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at the Pleasant Point Baptist Church Friday February 8 at 2 p.m. Burial was in Pleasant Point Cemetery.
Reynolds - Barnett Funeral Home was in charge o the arrangements.
