James D. Boggess Sr., 95, of Georgetown Manor, died Friday at SS. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.
He was a native of Lawrenceburg, a retired paint re finisher for Ford Motor Co., and a member of First Christian Church and the Ruritan Club. Survivors: a daughter, Mary B. Rakutt; a son, James D. Boggess Jr.; six grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. Funeral: 10 a.m. Monday, Richie Funeral Home, Lawrenceburg.
Burial: Lawrenceburg Cemetery.
Visitation: noon-4 p.m. Sunday. Local arrangements: Arch L. Heady Dixie Highway Funeral Home. Memorial gifts: to his church.
