COUNTY NATIVE DIES ON FRIDAY
Mrs. R.C. Crum, 30, Succumbs to Stroke of Apoplexy; Formerly Resided in Bendersville.
Mrs. Lottie Crum, wife of R.C. Crum, of Mechanicsburg, died shortly after 9 o'clock Friday morning as the result of a stroke suffered August 29. She was 30 years old.
Mrs. Crum is a native of Bendersville. She has lived in Mechanicsburg for the past three years. Before her marriage, she was Lottie Beamer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Beamer; the latter of whom is dead.
Mrs. Crum was a member of the Mechanicsburg Methodist church (sic) and was an active church worker. Until her illness she was the secretary of the Rudisill Bible class and was active in the work of the Sunday school.
She is survived by her husband, one daughter, Fay Crum, her father, Peter Crum (sic), of Bendersville; three sisters, Mrs. H.W. Black and Mrs. J.W. Black, of Harrisburg, and Mrs. George Becker, of Mechanicsburg, and six brothers, Carey, Harvey, and Frantz Beamer, of Bendersville; Mervin Beamer, of Gardner's; Oscar Beamer, of Harrisburg, and Cress Beamer, of North East, Maryland.
Funeral arrangements have not been completed.

CRUM FUNERAL
Private funeral services will be held Monday morning at 10 o'clock for Mrs. R. C. Crum, Mechanicsburg. The services will be held at the home on South Frederick street (sic). Rev. Harry Daniels, pastor of the Methodist church will officiate. Burial will be in the Mechanicsburg cemetery (sic). The body may be viewed Sunday night between the hours of 7 and 9 o'clock.
