The deceased was a gentleman greatly respected in this vicinity, being a steady, upright man, and his demise has cast a gloom over the community, and filled more than one heart with deep sorrow. The sympathies of the entire community are extended to the bereaved widow in this hour of her great afflicition. His remains were duly escorted to their last resting place by the members of the Odd Fellow's Association of this place, and a host of citizens.
