Life Story for Ardis Essary

Ardis Dianne Essary was born June 7, 1944 in Monroe, Michigan. She was one of five children born from the union of the late Cecil Usher and Dorothy Mercer.

Ardis was a unique individual. Everyone she met absolutely loved her and her feelings were mutual. Ardis helped support her family with her in-home daycare for several years and never turned anyone away in need. Her uplifting spirit filled a room with laughter. Ardis loved her family, especially her siblings who were her best friends and absolutely adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her home overflowed with friends and family regularly. Ardis treasured her dogs and when she wasn't talking on her cell phone, she enjoyed dancing, playing dice and bowling, high score of 290. She appreciated the outdoors taking the family camping and fishing. Ardis was known for her special potato salad, which she made at the drop of a dime when anyone asked her and loved to lounge in her jammies.
