HILLEGAS – Mrs. Savilla M., 78, South Fork R.D.1, died at 5:45 p.m. Sept. 14, 1962, at summer home, Berlin R.D.3. Born July 15, 1884, in Windber, daughter of Jacob G. and Lavina (Miller) Baumgardner. Wife of Garnet T. Hillegas. Family will receive friends after 7 p.m. Saturday at George Funeral Home, South Fork. Other arrangements incomplete.

Survived by husband Garnet T., and these children: George F. and Howard E., both of South Fork R.D.1; Audrey, wife of Byers Reynolds, South Fork; Hazel, wife of Donald Simmons, Lawndale, Calif.; Mildred, wife of Oliver Croyle, Chardon, Ohio; Madeline, wife of Walter Singer, Waverly, Ohio; Bernard A., New Albany, Ind.; Mrs. Helen Hobson, St. Michael, and Harry D., Floyds Knob, Ind.; also 19 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren. Sister of Mrs. Bessie Lane, Johnstown R.D.3; Mrs. Margaret Epplett, and Mrs. Verda Fry, both of Johntown; Miss Ethel Baumgardner and Miller Baumgardner, both of Maine, and Harry, Chambersburg R.D.3. Funeral service at 2 p.m. Monday at George Funeral Home, the Rev. C.T. Miller and the Rev. Earl Myers. Interment, Forest Lawn Cemetery.
