Dora T. Sena, a lifelong resident of Las Vegas, NM passed away on Wednesday March 20, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. Dora was born on October 16, 1928 to Jose and Doloritas G. Torres in Maes, NM. Dora is preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Doloritas G. Torres, husband, Enrique Sena, daughters, Antonia Sena and Tony Sena, son, Jimmy Sena, brothers, Adan Torres, Bernie Torres and Patricio Torres and sisters, Alice Salazar and Donaciana Mares. Dora is survived by her loving daughters, Dolores Goke and Diana Gutierrez (Adrian), grandchildren, Richard Goke (Heidi), Julian Mora (Pam), Deseri Goke, Janice Mora (Abel), Michele Torres (Tim), Adrian Gutierrez, Jr., Robert Lopez, Jr., Marcus Gutierrez, Selina Gutierrez and Katrina Gutierrez, also thirteen great-grandchildren, sister, Dolores Torres, brother, George Torres and very special sisters-in-law, Irene Torres and Sally Torres. Dora is also survived by many nephews, nieces and God-children. Dora had a very special relationship with her nieces, Mary Najar, Geneva Garduno and nephew, Ray and Theresa Mares. Dora was not a rich person but was always very giving with what she had. Walking brought her great enjoyment as did stopping to visit and meeting new people along her walks. Dora will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and especially by her daughters. A special thank you to staff members, Wilma Montoya, Margaret Algien, Maria Trujillo, Patrick Gurule and the staff at Vida Encantada. Funeral services for Dora will be held on Monday, March 25, 2013 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church as follows, Rosary services will begin at 8:30 a.m., followed by the funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. Burial services will follow the mass in Trujillo, NM. Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons, Richard Goke, Julian Mora, Adrian Gutierrez, Jr., Robert Lopez, Jr., Marcus Gutierrez and great-grandson, Antonio Goke.
