Julia graduated from Champaign, Illinois high school and attended the University of Colorado, where she was a member of the Pi Beta Phi sorority. In 1956 she was united in marriage to Ned K. Job.
Julia enjoyed walking, flowers gardening, golf, playing bridge, being outside with nature, and spending time with her fmaily. She handled designer clothing for many years. Julia is a long time member of the First Federated Study Club of Knoxville.
Julia is survived by her son, Stuart Job(Holli), daughter, Susan Hollingshead(Jamie)both of Knoxville, brother Stuart Clark(Barbara)of Champaign, Illinois, daughter-in-law Maggie Job, of Rapid City, South Dakota, 7 grandcchildren: Natalie Job, of Des Moines, Meredith Job, of Des Moines, Kate Job, of Moscow, Idaho, Libby Job, of Belligham, Washington, Keeton, Matt, and Mitchell Holligshead, all of Knoxville, and many nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years Ned, her parents, a son, Matthew, and a brother Robert Clark, Jr.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am Thursday March 28, 2013 at Celebrate Community Church, Knoxville, Iowa. Julia's family will be greeting friends from 10 am until service time Thursday. A private memorial family interment will be held at the Graceland Cemetery in Knoxville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Federated Study Club Scholarship Fund.
