Anna Iva Jean JOhnson- age 81 of West Knoxville went home to be with our Lord on Friday, March 22, 2013. She was a member of Smith Grove Baptist Church. Iva loved to can.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Johnson; daughter, Kimberley Johnson; father, Samuel C. Allison; mother, Myrtie Bryant Allison; brothers, Jay and William Allison; sisters, Zella Lee Allison, Lillian Raby and Othella Hill.
Survived by her children, Herbert Ray Johnson and wife, Pam, Samuel Kermit Johnson and wife, Jewell, Zella Levola Bowman and husband, Clarence, Lowell Edward Johnson and wife, Liz, Phyllis Jenkins and her late husband, DuVaughn, Diane Rogers and husband, Bill, Dennis Johnson and wife, Rosemary; 27 grandchildren; 53 great grandchildren; 20 great great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Maggie Allison; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Jerry Day officiating. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Stoney Point Cemetery. The body will lie in state from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
