She was a native of Carrollton, Georgia and a resident of Etowah County most of her life. Mrs. Calvert was a member of Falls Church of Christ.
She is survived by her husband, Lonie A. Calvert; son, Turner Calvert; daughters, Mrs. Agnes Hall, Mrs. Mary Cook, Mrs. Frankie Hamilton; Mrs. Fannie Gentry; daughter-in-law and sons-in-law; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sisters, Mrs. Alice Borden, Mrs. Louise Phillips; brother, Bufford Smith and sister-in-law, Mrs. Bertie Waites.
