Clint as he was known to family & friends was the second child born to William Theodore & Annie Mae Murray McCallie., He was born Tuesday July 10, 1911 west of Weleetka, Okfuskee County, Oklahoma in a little community called Hobson., That is where the McCallie family settled after moving from Hewett (I.T.) Carter County near Ardmore, Oklahoma., Sometime after 1900. The move included Clint's parents along with Uncle Thadeus Lincoln McCallie & Grandmother Martha Ann Long McCallie., and others this was after his Grandfather John Henry McCallie died of pneumonia in 1899. Clint dedicated his life to the ministry and was a pastor until his death. Clint married Cleta Maude Meadors August 25, 1934 in Hughes County, Oklahoma and to this marriage there were three children born, Patrick Allen McCallie June 07, 1935,/Bonnie Joan McCallie September 15, 1936,/Gilbert L. McCallie February 08, 1938. The family settled in Sand Springs, Oklahoma and lived there the remander of their lives.
