#1 - Jane Wark
#2 - Polly Parks Armstrong (see below)
#2- OLIVE VIRGINIA JANE PARKS at 1830-- she was b. 23 Sep 1812, Woodstock, NB, Canada d. 6 Nov 1864 Aroostook Co ME

Olive's parents were JONATHAN PARKS and SARAH "HANNAH" BRADLEY

Suggested edit: Many family trees have Alexander married toPOLLY ARMSTRONG, based on an early history of Caribou, but they were not married. A more recent article that was published in This Old Tree, titled, "The Myth of Polly Armstrong being Alexander Cochran's first wife" refutes the commonly accepted belief that she was. Research shows Polly was the wife of Ferdinand Armstrong. Her maiden name was Parks and her sister Olive Virginia Jane Parks was Alexander's second wife....8-4-2020, Donna Pagenkopf Libal

Suggested edit: I photographed every gravestone in this cemetery this summer and there is no Alexander Cochran in it. There is, however, three stones for the children of Alex and Ida M. Cochran. They are Berta D. who died on August 30, 1899 at 1yr, 16 days, Wilson A who died on October 23, 1906 at 5 yrs, 6 mos and 9 days and Freeman L who died on Oct. 29, 1906 at 6 yrs, 5months, and 28 days. I did not find a stone for Alex and Ida. The stones for the children were against the fence if I remember correctly so maybe Alex and Ida's stone(s) disappeared? It is a well maintained cemetery. I am currently mapping it using ArcGIS Online. I should have it finished in about a week if you would like to email me to remind me to send you a link to the map. If you want the photos of the children's graves, I will send them to you.
