Tuesday Rites For Elizabeth Mahs
Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth E. Mahs, 68, were held Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the Chapel of Trice Funeral Home with Rev. William Glover and Rev. Ben I. Haygood officiating. Burial was in South View Cemetery.
Mrs. Mahs died Monday at Crawford W. Long Hospital in Atlanta following an extended illness. The native Upsonian resided in Atlanta and was employed as a bookkeeper at the Retardation Center.
Survivors include one brother, Thomas D. Kelly, Cusseta, Ala.; one sister, Mrs. James V. Perdue, Yatesville.
