Letitia Shuck Branham Brown was married to James B. Branham in Kentucky on April 23, 1891. They had one son, Louis Henry Branham. Evidently they divorced before 1900 and she ended up in Florida where she married Simeon Hugh Brown about 1906. Like her sister, Mary Edna Holcomb, Letitia did not have a memorial stone. One was finally erected in August 2013. She was laid to rest by her second husband Simeon Hugh Brown and now there is a marker to show her final resting place.
