Edna was the daughter of James Monroe Morgan and Ida. She was the sister of James M. Morgan (I assume jr), Grandville, Jesse, Herman, Effie Morgan she had a 1/2 brother A.J. Barnett. She was the wife of Clarence Bay and Mother of Paul. Lloyd, and Wilburn Bay. She raised her granddaughter who is hearing impaired Patsy Marie Bay the daughter of Paul. Edna was an amazing woman. She had many grandchildren and great grandchildren with whom she was close too. She once traveled by Grey Hound Bus from Yuma, AZ to Eugene Oregon to bring her granddaughter Patsy with her 3 children Richard, Patricia (Patty) and J.B. Powell back to Yuma when Patsy and her husband Jerry had split up. She was the only mother that Patsy knew. Edna passed away in the hospital in Yuma.
