E. H. "Bud" Allen, 84, Rogersville, passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2001, in Cox Medical Center North, Springfield. He was born May 4, 1917, the son of Charlie and Rinda Sarah (Hall) Allen. On July 9, 1942, he and Dosha Evelyn Blakey were married. Allen owned and operated a sawmill and was a farmer. He was a member of Fellowship Lighthouse in Bruner. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Tonya Campbell; a brother Thomas Allen; and three sisters, Elma Coffer, Florence Newberry and Dorothy Loomis. Survivors include: his wife, Dosha Evelyn; three children, Arnold Dean Allen and his wife, Pam, Vanitta Campbell and Elvin Clay Allen and his wife, Kim, all of Rogersville; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a brother, Clarence Allen, Chadwick; and three sisters, Elsie Gray, Chadwick, Hazel Jenkins, Ozark, and Gladys Gilbert, Oldfield. Funeral services were Sunday, July 29, in Adams Funeral. Home, Ozark. Burial was in Chadwick Cemetery.
