Funeral services for Martha Jane Abbott, 82, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 21, 2013, at Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel, Bro. Mike Milligan and Sister Jean Parson officiating, with burial in Mt. Grove Cemetery.

Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Abbott died Monday, March 18, at her residence. She was born April 23, 1930, to Joseph Bunk Barnette and Pearlee McDowell Barnette. She was retired from King Pharr Canning Plant.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Cecil Abbott; and a host of brothers, sisters and other relatives.

Survivors include two sons, Ronald (Rita) Abbott and William (Donna) Abbott; three daughters, Rosialee (Bill) Bibb, Jannette (Roger) Armstrong and Linda McNabb (James) Quick; a sister, Margaret Barnette; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
