Death of Mrs. Hanna E. Smith at North Bend.
Mrs. Hanna Elizabeth Smith, widow of the late John M. Smith, died at 10:55 Sunday evening, at the home of her son, John Smith at North Bend. Mrs. Smith had been an invalid for the past four years, having suffered a paralytic stroke in January 1918. Since that time she suffered 4 additional strokes, the last on Wednesday of last week, which resulted in her death.
Deceased was 72 years of age and is survived by the following children; Mrs. Nancy Welton, of Guthrie, Oklahoma; Edward H. of Olean, N.Y.; Mrs. George Burnell of Maderia, Pa.; Mrs. Joseph Heaps of Erie, Pa.; Mrs. Harry Coffee, Charles and Eugene Smith of this place; Ruben H., John and Todd Smith, North Bend. Also by one sister, Mrs. Sarah Coffee of Renovo, four half sisters, twenty four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Deceased was born at Snow Shoe, Pa. and was married to Mr. John Smith in 1867 and has lived in Farrandsville and Renovo since that time.
She was a member of the M. E. church at North Bend, also of the Aid Society, and the Ladies Bible Class.
Her father Ruben Kelley was a pioneer Methodist minister and her mother, was Levina Bathurst was a member of the house of Bathurst, one of the royal families of England.
Funeral will take place Thursday morning at 9 o'clock at the M. E. church at North Bend, Rev. A. B. Harper, pastor, officiating. Interment will be made at Dunnstown, Pa.

Funeral of Mrs. Hanna E. Smith This Morning.
The funeral of the late Mrs. Hanna Elizabeth Smith of North Bend was held this morning at 9 o'clock in the Methodist church at that place, Rev. A. B. Harper the pastor, officiating. The remains were taken to Lock Haven on Day Express for burial in the Dunnstown cemetery.
The pall bearers were Frank Steckenfinger, Clarence Sinnp., Jos. Pflugfelder, Charles Laffin, Milliard Smith and Hary Hiney.
