She was born on September 21, 1930 to the late Clinton and Emma Cockrell in Parkdale, AR.
Patsy was a dedicated member of the Salem United Methodist Church of Conway and loved spending time with the Salem Quilters.
She was also preceded in death by her loving husband, J.W. Brown Jr. of 54 years, one son; Van Alton Brown, two grandchildren; Ronald Jay Brown Jr. and Shannon Brown, three sisters and four brothers.
Patsy is survived by her son Ronald Jay Brown (Tammy), two daughters; Jo Ann Campbell (Jerry), Cheryl Van Venrooij (Douglas), two sisters; Celia Starling and Edna Boyd, eleven grandchildren; Joseph Belote (Kari), Darbi Blencowe (Paul), Joshua Campbell, Joshua Furneaux (Heather), Andrea Furneaux, Robert Van Venrooij(Caroline), Nicholas Van Venrooij, Andrew Van Venrooij, Penny Wells, Dustin Brown (Bobbi), Heath Brown, eleven great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held in her honor on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at the Salem United Methodist Church in Conway at 10am with burial to follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation is scheduled at Roller McNutt Funeral on Tuesday, March 19th from 6-8pm.
