Funeral services were held at 2 p..m. today at Jennings and Ayers Funeral home for Mrs. Allie Lou Thomas, 82, who died Sunday at Rutherford hospital after a lengthy illness. The Rev. Hubert Covington officiated. Burial was in Mapleview Cemetery at Smyrna. A native of LaVergne, she had been a patient at Dillon nursing home here for several months. A member of the Presbyterian church, she was a daughter of Aquilla and Martha Sanford Noe. Survivors include four sisters, Mrs. Annie Williams of Antioch, Mrs. S. V. Inman, Mrs. C. H. Williamson and Mrs. D. L. Mason, all of Smyrna.
