William R. Mayhew, 75, of 126 Ferree St., Lower Paxton Twp., died yesterday in Susquehanna Nursing Center.
He was a retired building and grounds superintendent in the Middletown School District; was a member of Colonial Park United Methodist Church; and a Navy veteran of World War II.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Wolf Mayhew; three sons, Harry of Tyrone, Lloyd of Linglestown, and Kevin of York; two daughters, Patricia Wenrich and Candace, both of Harrisburg; a brother, Harry of Millersburg; a sister, Sara Jones of Mechanicsburg; and 11 grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10: 30 a.m. tomorrow in the Hoover Funeral Home, Lower Paxton Twp. Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Twp.
