Delma Lucille (Dady) Henderson, 78 of Emmetsburg, died Sunday, February 17, 2002, at Palo Alto County Hospital.
Services were 10:30 a.m. Friday, February 22, at Holy Family, Emmetsburg, with the Rev. Dan Guenther officiating. Burial was in Ellington--Mallard Cemetery.
Survivors include three children, Jann Henderson Grethen and Gaylen of Mallard, Dr. Michael Henderson of Denver, Iowa, Holly Henderson Morgan and Mark of Lubbock, Texas; four grandchildren, Melinda Grethen Roman and Marcelo, Elia Grethen, Chad Morgan, Miles Morgan; one great-grandchild, Paloma Roman; brother, Al Dady and Carolyn of Bowie, Maryland.
She was preceded in death by parents David and Christine Bartosh Dady; husband, Pat, in 1991: sister Eileen George.
Delma Lucille Dady was born July 25, 1925. at Pocahontas. She attended Pocahontas schools. She married Patrick Henderson on September 7, 1947, at Pocahontas. She was employed at Berkley's, Lakeside, and SNC.
She was a member of Holy Family Parish, Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Legion Auxiliary and enjoyed dancing, especially polkas.

Emmetsburg, Iowa--Services for Delma Lucille Henderson, 76, of Emmetsburg will be at 10:30 a.m. today at Holy Family Catholic Church with the Rev. Dan Guenther officiatiing. Burial will be in Ellington Cemetery in Mallard, Iowa. Arrangements are under the direction of Martin-Mattice Funeral Home of Emmetsburg.
She died Sunday, Feb. 17, 2002.
She was born July 25, 1925, in Pocahontas, Iowa, where she attended school. She married Patrick Henderson on Sept. 7, in Pocahontas. He died in 1991. She worked at Berkley's in Emmetsburg and later Lakeside Lutheran Home. She was employed by SNC in Emmetsburg.
She was a member of Holy Family Parish, Catholic Daughters of America and the Legion auxillary.
