Clara Lucille "Lucille"(Rumping)was the 2nd child of Frank and Clara Rumping. "Lucille" spent her childhood and much of her adult life in Cincinnati. In the 1970's her family moved to California where she resided till time of death. When"Lucille" was 16 she attended Western Hills High School."Lucille" and her husband Lawrence "Slick" Sims like to travel the country and enjoyed coming back to Cincinnati to visit her sister's and brothers.
