Born April 21, 1914, in Hondo, she was the daughter of Paul and Augusta Hartung Koch.
She was a loving homemaker, accomplished in sewing, crocheting and quilting, and an excellent cook. In her spare time, she enjoyed fishing and playing cards.
Lorine was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Melvin August Stiegler; brothers, Randolf Koch and Stanley Koch; and great-granddaughter, Emily Lorine Kelly.
Survivors include her daughter, Thelka Lucille Mary Wengenroth and husband Claude; son, Charles John Stiegler and wife JoAnn; four grandchildren, Cindy Few and husband Mike, Barbara O'Brien and husband Tom, Mary Kelly and husband Jim, Melvin Stiegler and wife Jennifer; 12-great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren; brother, Osborn Koch; and numerous nieces and nephews.
