Steve Bingham officiating. Interment was at Standing Rock United Methodist Cemetery, Standing Rock, Ala. Survivors include his wife, Virginia Hines Bell, Peachtree City; a son, French and Ginger Bell Jr., Peachtree City; a brother, Billy and June Bell, Atlanta, Ga.; a sister, Sarah Bell Ashcraft, El Paso, Texas; and grandsons, Capt. Lawson and Jessica Bell, Ft. Wainwright, Alaska., and Matthew Hines Bell, Portland, Ore. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
