Elizabeth Morgan Mahanay, d/o of Job Morgan and Sallie Hawkins. Raised 11 children alone after her husband O.P. (Perry) died in 1840's in Tennessee. They left Tennessee when the land they had been buying was taken from them after the death of her husband and settled in Gasconade County, Missouri. They later settled in Johnson County at Prarie Valley, between Alvarado and Venus. Many, many lines come from these 10 adult children. She lost one child young. I was finally able to locate a very small article that stated that the mother of Eliza Jane Robertson had passed away in December 1882. I'm assuming she was buried at Mountain Peak where all the other Mahanays were buried, but she could have been buried in Alvarado at Balch Cemetery. No proof has ever come to light as of now.
