Burial will be in Belmont Memorial Park. Cummings died Sunday in Fresno. He was a native of Texas and was a farmer for 25 years. Survivors include five daughters, Marie Taylor of Stockton, Leona Taylor of Modesto, Josephine Brown of Dublin and Sylvia Moore and Helen Spitzer, both of Fresno; three sons, Roy L. of Keyes, Jessie F. of Kennywick, Wash., and Clarence of Modesto; 33 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.
