Albert F. "Al" Lutz, Jr., 80, of Collinsville, Ill., born Aug. 7, 1931, in Caseyville, Ill., died at 1:18 a.m., Sunday, Dec. 11, 2011, at Elmwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Maryville, Ill.
Al was a laborer for Ameren. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He was an avid fisherman, bowler and Cardinal Fan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert F. and Mary, nee Cawvey, Lutz , Sr.; two brothers, Clifford and Kenneth Lutz ; and sister, Alberta LeBeau.
Surviving is his wife, Wanda C., nee Worsham, Lutz whom he married on Oct. 25, 1955, in Collinsville, Ill.; sons and daughters, Albert F. Lutz III of Ontario, Calif., Danny (Patty) Lutz of Collinsville, Ill., Mary Kay (Terry) Gombos of Seabeck, Wash., Jeanette (Charles) Jordan of Friendswood, Texas, Julie (Doug) McCoy of Helotis, Texas, Jacob (Susan) Lutz of Granite City, Ill., and Bonnie Sue Lutz of Centralia, Ill.; numerous grandchildren; three sisters, Arletta Tosi of Collinsville, Ill., Jean Tucker of Collinsville, Ill., and Juanita Johnson of Collinsville, Ill.; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Interment in Caseyville Cemetery, Caseyville, Ill.
