Mike is the son of Jackson and Mary Wilkinson. His sister is Maureen. He was married to Mary Oliver. He was a Philadelphia Police officer, a sgt. in the 15th District. He collected coins, enjoyed ghost stories and loved his cat Coco.

This plaque is in the Roll Call Room of the 15th Police District at Harbison Ave. and Levick Street in Philadelphia,PA. It was purchased by Mike's brother and sister Officers to honor his memory. Mike's badge number was 8595.
