AGED WOMAN IS DEAD HERE
Mrs. Sarah Margaret Youngman Had Been Ill For Five Months
FUNERAL SERVICES FRIDAY

Mrs. Sarah Margaret (Hendrickson) Youngman, age 74, wife of John Youngman, for thirty years a resident of Noble and Washington streets, died at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. & Mrs. Charles Scott, 959 Morris Avenue, at 5:50 o'clock this morning after suffering from a complication of diseases for about five months. She was brought to the home of her daughter about two weeks ago because of her serious condition.
Mrs. Youngman was born in Howard county October 20, 1851, the daughter of Joseph & Hattie Hendrickson. She was married to John Youngman in 1871. To this union eight children were born, three of whom survive. They are Mrs. Scott, the daughter at whose home she died; Mrs. Della Sparks, of Indianapolis, and Roy Youngman of this city. Two brothers, Thomas H. Hendrickson and Benjamin Hendrickson, of this city, and two sisters, Mrs. Mildred Spellman, of this city and Mrs. Malinda Brooks of Waldron, survive. Twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews are living.
She was for many years a member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church at Norristown and had a large circle of friends and acquaintances who mourn her death. Short funeral services will be held at the home of the daughter at 9:15 o'clock Friday morning, followed by services at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church at 10:30 o'clock, with the Rev. B.M. Webb officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the late home at any time.
