Mr. Tim Chapman, age 47, of Corsicana passed away on Friday, March 8, 2013 in Corsicana. He was born on November 21, 1965 in Ennis, Texas to parents, Alvin Earl & Lillie Jean Chapman, Sr.
He was an avid fisherman, and had a great love for his family and being outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his father, Alvin Earl Chapman, Sr.; brothers, Alvin Earl Chapman, Jr. and Michael Wayne Chapman.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy Chapman of Kilgore; daughter, Samantha Chapman of Kilgore; son, James T. Chapman, Jr. of Ellis County; mother, Lille Jean Chapman of Corsicana; brother, Bobby Chapman of Waxahachie; sisters, Delores Martin of Corsicana and Diane Rosa of Malakoff; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation with the family will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.on Sunday, March 10, 2013 at Corley Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 11, 2013 at the Corley Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Freeman Pierce officiating. Interment will follow in the Hamilton-Beeman Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Justin Brown, Chris Chapman, John Paul Chapman, Cory Rosa, David Martin, and Mike Eaton.
