DEIBERT - Alice S., 92, Laurel Wood, died April 28, 2004, at her residence. Born July 21, 1911, in Johnstown, daughter of George A. and Gertrude W. (Horten) Deibert. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, William J. and John H.; and aunt, Katherine Horten. Survived by brother, Robert G., married to former Rita Studeny, Johnstown; sister-in-law, Marguerite Deibert, Johnstown; and nieces and nephews: Thomas G., married to former Joyce M. Brown, Johnstown; Jack, married to former Lois Love, Johnstown; Mary Ann, married to Paul Weaver, Johnstown; Nancy Cioffi, Latham, N.Y.; George, married to former Karen Buffone, Portland, Ore.; Kathy, married to Dennis Naugle, Johnstown; Joseph, Harrisburg; and Ann, married to Ira Caton, Levittown. Member of St. Joseph Chapel, where she was a member of Altar & Rosary Society; and Southmont Auxiliary. Charter member of Merho Club Credit Union. Retired from Mercy Hospital. Friends received from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., where vigil service will be held Friday evening. Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Chapel, the Rev. Msgr. George B. Flinn, V.G. Committal, St. Joseph Mausoleum.
