Beloved husband of Gladys; father of Otis Leroy Walter Jr., and John Walter, 4 grandchildren; brother of Earl Walter, Victor Walter, Dr. Mabel Walter, Mrs. Violett Gassiander. Friends are invited to attend funeral services Tuesday, January 3, 3 pm, Moreland Presbyterian church, SE 18th and Bybee. Committal private. Portland Memorial. Remains will lie in state until 11 am, Tuesday in McGinnis & Wilhelm Chapel.
