Adela J. BORGES Adela Jewel Borges of Renton died March 21, 2012 at Valley Medical Center. She was 83. Born April 3, 1928 in Tampa, Florida where she graduated from high school and became a beautician. She met and married her "honey" in Tampa and settled in St. Petersburg, Florida to raise a family. A job change led the family to the Pacific Northwest in 1968. She spent most of her life working as a wife and mother, but was, in later life, employed as a child care provider and housekeeper. Adela enjoyed participating in bowling, square dancing, RV traveling, choir, encouraging Seminarians, and other church activities as a member of St. Anthony's Church in Renton. She was remembered as a kind and giving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Louis. Survivors include three daughters, and three grandchildren.
