He was married May 15, 1928, in Jonesboro, to Georgia Elliott. His children include Floyd Dean Hanna of Marion, Bill Hanna of DuQuoin, and Norman Hanna of Hurst.
Mr. Hanna was a retired salesman. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Murphysboro.
Mr. Hanna died at the age of 74 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis, Mo. after a long illness.
