Lorenzo F. Lee Expires at Home – Many Years Active in City.
Lorenzo F. Lee, for the last 28 years a resident of Spokane, and well known in the city as the pioneer sign painter, died at the family residence at 1227 Riverside avenue at 8 o'clock this morning from blood trouble. He had been ill about four weeks.
Since coming to Spokane from Utah in 1882, Mr. Lee has not been out of the city for more than a few weeks at a time. He was 64 years of age.
Mr. Lee was a member of the Spokane County Pioneer association in which he took an active part. He was also a member of the Foresters.
Mrs. Annie B. Lee, the widow, a daughter, Mrs. Jane Bimrose, and a son, Ralph B. Lee, survive him.
The funeral will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock from Westminster M.E. church.
